Alexandre Negrus, president of the Institute for Applied Geopolitical Studies (IEGA), is a jurist in public international law and a justice attaché at the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Paris Court of Appeal. A lecturer in international law, he is the co-author of Atlas of Contemporary Geopolitics (Ellipses, 2022) and Geopolitics of the 21st Century (Ellipses, 2024).
Yohan Briant, Director General of the Institute for Applied Geopolitical Studies (IEGA), holds a PhD in contemporary history and teaches at the Catholic Institute of Paris. A specialist in China and socio-political risks in Asia and the Indo-Pacific region, he previously headed the South Asia, Pacific, and Oceania Department at IEGA. He is the co-author of Geopolitics of the 21st Century (Ellipses, 2024).
